I had my dad there what was to get physical therapy to gain strength, but my dad was scheduled to go home Thursday of that week, but instead he passed on father day , it now will make 3 week of his passing . It is not easy to go though the pain of not being able to see him again, but the worst is that he was found unconscious around 3pm ,but no one really know when all of that happened . They claim that they worked with him to bring him back and my dad never responded. They even called 911 and they flew him in though helicopter to Greenville memorial were they worked with bring him back the whole ride and supposedly in the hospital they tried and they were not successful. That’s because he was all ready gone in this horrible facility and they call 911 just to cover themselves. Yes my dad could of and had some health issues, but the question now was it enough to kill. This facility needed to put more attention to the patient especially my dad since he was retaining fuilds they would weight him every morning, and they were not smart enough or properly trained to see that if someone retain fluid they grain it might not be normal hello use the brain God give you and send them out to the hospital where they are well aware of what to do in cases like my wonderful dad. Instead of the call to let us know that they were trying to resuscitate him the call should of been to ask or to let know that he needed to go to the hospital to be seen. The nelgence of the care and to see that my dad had the same outfit he had on Thursday and to see that is the same shirt and all same one they rapped e resuscitate sucks . And to see the light go off and patient doing there necessities on themselves, because light are not answered in a timely matter is out of this world why be there if they can’t help as they should . And the cherry on top my dad needed use a Zpack machine at night and the day before he passed they did put it on he mentioned to my mother Sunday morning the same Sunday he passed . People in the medical field need to do better have emphy and care have a heart treat the patient there the way you want your own treated . What goes around comes back , because life take care of people that don’t care ,the crazy thing if it was them and one of her love once they would kick and fight her the stuff to do this and that ,but when they are on the clock caring for the patient in the facility they worked they don’t care they care to sit around in another patient room on there phone and not answer the light for the patient in need. This place sucks I will never place any one else from my family there the place should shut down . It is sad that for 10 bad care givers the one that is good and cares pays consequences of losing there job , because the place is shut down for the bad action and for being so neglect. To the facility stuff who ever takes care of reviewing and to reply back please don’t bother I don’t need you hypocrism.

My Mom was admitted here for rehab after a fall. She has received great care. She has also had fantastic physical therapy. Both ladies at Admission and Social work were fabulous! I feel like she would stay if she could!

Nurse Tammy did an excellent job taking care of my dad while he was there. She is one of the most passionate people I have ever met when it comes to her job. She truly cares about the ones she is taking care of and treats them as family. Thanks nurse Tammy for everything you do for your patients.

The physical, occupational & speech therapist here are wonderful. My only complaint that really frustrates me is when you mash the call button for the nurse or an aid no one comes. My grandmother can not speak for herself since her stroke, but when I’m there & mash the call button it’s just as fast to go look for someone. They need to fix that. It’s been 25 minutes now & no one has showed up.

My ex husband was transferred from Easley Baptist to Manna, after being really sick with pneumonia. Not only was he sick with pneumonia, he was also dealing with neuropathy in his legs. He could not walk AT ALL. He stayed 6 weeks there at Manna, and received physical therapy Monday through Friday with the BEST physical therapists I’ve ever seen. Now he’s walking (with a walker but he’s walking) He has more strength in his arms and legs now. The physical therapists made sure he could stand on his feet, walk a little further each day, giving him the strength and confidence to walk again. Also the doctors and nurses at Manna are wonderful! Dr. Andrea Smith listens to your concerns and is very understanding to the needs of the patients there. Also the ladies in the business office are very helpful with any questions that you have, and I want to give a special thanks to Nikki in the business office, she was SO helpful getting David his paperwork completed. I also want to compliment the kitchen staff and cooks there. The meals were healthy (meats and veggies) and always included delicious desserts. My ex has since been released to complete his recovery at home, and is doing much better! Thank you everyone at Manna Post Acute! Revette Allen

My husband was at Manna for 3 weeks for rehab. Robin was really nice and eased the process of getting him admitted. Kim was his case manger and was excellent in making sure we had everything during his stay and the equipment he needed when he left. The rooms were really nice, clean, and the staff very friendly. I was actually surprised at the food that was served. He received food that not only looked good, but was good. All the therapists were excellent including nurses and doctors. I hope in the future if he needs additional rehab, it will be Manna! Great job everyone and thanks to each one!

As a healthcare professional Ive never seen in my opinion a facility with this level of incompetence. I’ve been in the medical field for 20 years and this facility is by far the worse regarding the incompetence of its staff and the lack of over site from management. The public needs to realize that when being discharged from the hospital to a facility for rehabilitation or continued care you have a right to refuse a facility that you are not comfortable with. I urge anyone considering using this facility to heed this and the many other warnings in these reviews. A 2.7 rating is very very poor and unfortunately higher than what this facility deserves. Google the facility and look at some of the other sites that come up. You will find a lot of information about this facility including their inspection report from May 2025.

If there were a way to post a negative review I would. My mother passed away there. I requested her medical records last March of 2024. Continued to. Filled out the paperwork twice. Turned in twice. Was told 10 days. Last time was in October 2024. I have left multiple messages with the administrator and medical records and no response. None. I’m taking further action. It’s concerning when not only do you not get the medical records which you are supposed to receive by law but no response is concerning. And the answers given here in reviews about contact administration at…they never return calls and I have gone in person and no one responds even when you’re there. When my mother died within 5 minutes someone was there wanting my dad to sign a paper saying he wouldn’t seek legal action against them! That’s a red flag. Pop was crying so hard he didn’t question just signed it.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident CNAs speak hateful to the residents. My husband told be that a CNA spoke very hateful to him when he was needing to go to the restroom. CNAs don’t answer the Call Light even when I pulled the Call Light in the bathroom to get assistance for my husband, no one came in to help us. This is a potential issue for fall related injuries. One nurse I corrected put eye drops in the wrong eye. I told her she put them in the wrong eye. She acted like it was nothing. Never apologized.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The food was terrible!! Nursing Aides would NOT answer the Call Lights!!!! Rehab Staff was great!! Really know their stuff. Great Team of therapists.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I would like to recognize Mrs. Rusher (Social Service Assistant) for her professionalism and friendly demeanor. She goes beyond and above to help Families with resources that are out there for extra help when getting ready to discharge. She shows empathy and compassion to families and residents. I cannot express my gratitude for her hard work in helping me and my husband this week. Need more people like her working in health care.
